Searching by Individual Name
Searching by Address

Searching by Individual Name

  1. If the name is not a common name, run just the first and last name.

    Example: William Zorgowski who last lived in Arkansas, the first query should be:

    First Name = William
    Last Name = Zorgowski

    If you receive too many hits, run:

    First Name = William
    Last Name = Zorgowski
    State = Arkansas

  2. If the name is a common name, run first name, last name & state.

    Example: If you are looking for Mike A. Johnson who last lived in Encino, CA, the first query should be:

    First Name = Mike
    Last Name = Johnson
    State = California

    If you receive too many hits, run:

    First Name = Mike
    Last Name = Johnson
    City = Encino
    State = California

    If you still receive too many hits, run:

    First Name = Mike
    Middle Initial = A
    Last Name = Johnson
    City = Encino
    State = California

    Note: Searching by middle initial: Do not search by middle initial unless the name is very common.

    If you still receive too many hits or no hits, run the search by address.

Searching by Address

  1. When searching by address, use the address number, the name of the street and the city, state or zip code.

    Leave out street directionals like N, S, E or W, etc.
    Leave out street suffixes like Ave., Blvd., St., Cir., etc.

    Example: If you are searching for all records pertaining to 1234 N Orange Grove Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90046, the query should be:

    Address = 1234 Orange
    Zip Code = 90046

    If you don’t know the zip code, run:

    Address = 1234 Orange
    City = Los Angeles
    State = California.
